What if I don't receive the verification code?
Attempt to Login and you will see a Resend button.
Click this button to have your verification code resent to your e-mail address.
Also ensure to check your junk/spam mail folders in case it was sent there.
If you still do not receive it, please use the Contact form.

How do I change my e-mail address?
Click Edit Account and then the Change link next to your current e-mail address.
You will then be asked to enter your new e-mail address, and once done, you will receive a verification code to that new e-mail address that needs to be confirmed.
Once confirmed, your e-mail address will be changed.

Is it safe to provide my information to you?
Yes your information will be kept safe.

How do I change my password?
Click Edit Account and then the Reset link next to your current password.
You will then be prompted to select Yes to continue, and once done, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to click on.
Once clicked, simply submit your new password and it will be changed.

How can I delete my account?
Click Edit Account and then the Delete Account link.
You will be asked to confirm your account password and to provide a reason why you want to delete your account.
Please note that deleting your account does not entitle you to create a new account.

How do I view open sweepstakes?
By clicking the Sweepstakes icon or by clicking here.

How do I earn entries?
By clicking the Sweepstakes icon or by clicking here.
You will then see a list of network names (ex: ) that you can click to launch offers you can complete.
Once an offer is completed and confirmed, you will receive an entry for that specific sweepstakes.

Do I have to claim entries?
Each offer you complete is linked to your account (e-mail address / IP address), so therefore there is no need to claim an entry.

Do I receive an entry for all sweepstakes?
No, you only receive an entry for the sweepstakes in which you clicked to complete the offer from.

How many entries per sweepstakes can I receive?
Depending upon the specific sweepstakes, there may or may not be a limit to the amount of entries you can receive.
You will see a notice on the Sweepstakes page for the specific sweepstakes if there is a limit.

Is there a minimum amount of entries that needs to be reached?
Some sweepstakes may require that a certain amount of entries needs to be made.
If this is the case, you will see a notice on the Sweepstakes page saying what the minimum is.
If the minimum isn't met when the sweepstakes is originally set to be closed, the end date will be extended for one day and will continue to do so until the minimum has been met.

How are winners selected?
Once a sweepstakes has ended, the system randomly and automatically selects a user who has at least one entry made into that specific sweepstakes.

How do I view closed sweepstakes?
By clicking the Sweepstakes icon, then clicking the View Closed Sweepstakes link, or by clicking here.
